The official NaNoWriMo crest

Total wordage: 40,830 words. Yay, I finally broke 40,000! Today’s words, 1285.

The ending is coming along. The middle is a mess. They tell me that’s typical for a first draft. I’d hate to be atypical.

    • You’re so good about the five senses, Betty. From Chapter 7: He stepped closer, and she threw her arms around his neck and buried her face in his mane. He smelled so good, like freshly shampooed hair mixed with earth.
