NaPoWriMo2021 Day 1

It’s National Poetry Writing Month! Today’s prompt is to write a poem based on this:

sol la do
flashing colors vibrant against the void
images of worlds real and un-
rapid rhythmic beacons threatening to trigger seizures
music discordant and consonant
and underneath it all the relentless sol la do
internal organs
ancient deities
geometric oddities
glissandos and trills
faces and cosmic abstractions
repeating sol la do, sol, la, do, sollado
screaming brasses
pounding keys
explosions of colors and sounds
fingers manipulating instruments
finally silence
