My Favorite Photos of 2021

Every year I like to go through my photographs and choose some to share. Some you’ve seen before, some not. Because of the never-ending pandemic, I didn’t didn’t go out to take that many photos, but I’m fond of these:

Palmetto, I think.
Triceratops 2

Cat's claw
Cat’s claw vine after rain.
Three bridges over Tempe Town Lake.
red bird of paradise
Red bird of paradise. I love how the blossoms look against the sky.
hibiscus 1

Beautiful rose from the garden at Mesa Community College. More roses from that shoot here.
Red bird of paradise leaves
Leaves of red bird of paradise.
Superstition Mountain
Near Lost Dutchman State Park. I love taking pictures in the desert. I took this while my daughter Katie and I were scouting out places to hold her outdoor wedding. I hope to share more about that soon. Spoiler alert: it didn’t happen here.
