I don’t know if you remember the Pardis, or where they lived on our street, but the people who live there now have one of these. I pass by it when I walk Lizzie that way. I don’t know if it gets a lot of use, though. I see all the young ‘uns walking to school staring at their cell phones.
It’s not just for kids. I’ve gotten good books to read from the LFL in our neighborhood (this one is a few streets away), and I’ve often put books in there that I no longer need, for kids and grownups alike.
