Flower of the Day: Can You Stand One More Prickly Pear?

Yeah, I know, I’ve been a little obsessed with prickly pears lately, but isn’t this one drop-dead gorgeous? And it’s ORANGE, not yellow like mine. My offering for Cee’s Flower of the Day challenge.

I love this color and also prickly pear ice tea served at our Phoenix Desert Botanical Gardens. You can but the tea bags and candy @ the gift shop.

  Ooo…I’ve never had prickly pear ice tea. I’ve heard of the candy and the jelly, but I don’t think I’ve tried either. And I’ve seen the fruit in the grocery store.
